Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works before and after the supply of recorded digital content begins.

Last updated31 July 2026

1. Before digital supply begins

Where consumer distance-selling rules apply, a consumer will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when the contract is made. Before access or download begins, an unambiguous cancellation request may be sent to the support contact published at checkout.

2. Immediate digital access

If you ask for digital content to become available during a statutory cancellation period, checkout will request your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. A copy of that confirmation will be provided. If those confirmations are not obtained where required, statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Voluntary flexibility after access begins

The first-section promise in the Refund Policy may apply even after supply begins. Faulty, misdescribed or unavailable content is also handled under that policy and applicable consumer law.

4. How to cancel

Send a clear cancellation statement to the support email displayed at checkout. Include buyer name, order email, product and order reference. A specific form is not required. The cancellation date is the date the message is sent.

5. Effect of cancellation

Access may be closed when cancellation takes effect. Approved repayments will be returned to the original payment method without undue delay and within any legally required period. Downloaded materials, source projects and access credentials must not be used, copied or shared after a full cancellation and refund.
