1. Who controls your information
Bohdan Natiahanchuk will act as the controller of personal information collected for enquiries, orders and digital content delivery. A direct privacy email, business address and actual country of establishment will be published before this website collects personal information.
2. Information that may be collected after launch
- identity and contact details, such as name and email address;
- order details, selected product, payment status and transaction reference;
- messages, access requests, corrections and support correspondence;
- technical information needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting; and
- consent records, including a request for digital supply during a cancellation period.
Full card details are expected to be handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored on this website.
3. Why information is used
- to process an order and deliver the purchased digital content;
- to send access, correction, compatibility or service messages;
- to answer enquiries and resolve access, quality or refund requests;
- to maintain transaction and tax records where legally required; and
- to protect accounts and prevent unauthorised distribution of materials.
4. Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, information may be processed to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and record keeping, or because consent has been given. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the applicable basis.
5. Service providers and transfers
Information may be shared only as needed with payment, email, course-hosting, cloud storage, accounting and professional support providers. The final policy will identify the material services actually used. Some providers may process information outside the buyer's country using an appropriate transfer mechanism. Information is not sold.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to answer the enquiry. Order and financial records may be kept for the legally required period. Access and support records may be kept for the product access period and a reasonable dispute-resolution period. Final periods will be confirmed before launch.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict information, object to certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Requests will use the privacy contact published before launch.
8. Cookies and analytics
This draft does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, embedded media or marketing tools are added, the policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation.
9. Security and code examples
Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no internet service promises absolute security. Buyers must not include production secrets, access tokens or real user data in support messages or course examples. Material policy changes will be dated and will not reduce rights attached to information already collected.
